?<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2 data-section-id=\"uylrla\" data-start=\"631\" data-end=\"694\">SMIG en Tunisie : deux augmentations successives depuis 2024<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"696\" data-end=\"774\">La r\u00e9forme s\u2019inscrit dans la continuit\u00e9 du <strong data-start=\"739\" data-end=\"773\">d\u00e9cret n\u00b0419 du 9 juillet 2024<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"776\" data-end=\"821\">Deux revalorisations ont d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e9t\u00e9 appliqu\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"823\" data-end=\"835\"><strong data-start=\"823\" data-end=\"835\">Mai 2024<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-end=\"899\">effet r\u00e9troactif<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"901\" data-end=\"917\"><strong data-start=\"901\" data-end=\"917\">Janvier 2025<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"919\" data-end=\"949\">\n<li data-section-id=\"1gav2sp\" data-start=\"919\" data-end=\"949\">\n<p data-start=\"921\" data-end=\"949\">nouvelle hausse : <strong data-start=\"939\" data-end=\"949\">+7,5 %<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"951\" data-end=\"1032\">Ces augmentations concernent l\u2019ensemble des salari\u00e9s du <strong data-start=\"1007\" data-end=\"1031\">secteur non agricole<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1034\" data-end=\"1063\">Deux r\u00e9gimes sont concern\u00e9s :<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1065\" data-end=\"1146\">\n<li data-section-id=\"fmq4ff\" data-start=\"1065\" data-end=\"1105\">\n<p data-start=\"1067\" data-end=\"1105\">travailleurs <strong data-start=\"1080\" data-end=\"1105\">48 heures par semaine<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"15uvizn\" data-start=\"1106\" data-end=\"1146\">\n<p data-start=\"1108\" data-end=\"1146\">travailleurs <strong data-start=\"1121\" data-end=\"1146\">40 heures par semaine<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 data-section-id=\"sklo5f\" data-start=\"1153\" data-end=\"1185\">Niveau actuel du SMIG en 2026<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"1187\" data-end=\"1258\">Apr\u00e8s ces ajustements, le niveau du salaire minimum atteint d\u00e9sormais :<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1260\" data-end=\"1304\"><strong data-start=\"1260\" data-end=\"1304\">Travailleurs \u00e0 temps plein (48h\/semaine)<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1306\" data-end=\"1344\">\n<li data-section-id=\"17e8iaj\" data-start=\"1306\" data-end=\"1344\">\n<p data-start=\"1308\" data-end=\"1344\">salaire mensuel : <strong data-start=\"1326\" data-end=\"1344\">528,320 dinars<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"1346\" data-end=\"1392\"><strong data-start=\"1346\" data-end=\"1392\">Travailleurs \u00e0 temps partiel (40h\/semaine)<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1394\" data-end=\"1432\">\n<li data-section-id=\"11speac\" data-start=\"1394\" data-end=\"1432\">\n<p data-start=\"1396\" data-end=\"1432\">salaire mensuel : <strong data-start=\"1414\" data-end=\"1432\">448,238 dinars<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"1434\" data-end=\"1485\">\u00c0 ces montants s\u2019ajoutent deux primes obligatoires.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1487\" data-end=\"1517\"><strong data-start=\"1487\" data-end=\"1517\">Indemnit\u00e9s suppl\u00e9mentaires<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1519\" data-end=\"1602\">\n<li data-section-id=\"1lpvc49\" data-start=\"1519\" data-end=\"1563\">\n<p data-start=\"1521\" data-end=\"1563\">indemnit\u00e9 de transport : <strong data-start=\"1546\" data-end=\"1563\">36,112 dinars<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"rdoi8w\" data-start=\"1564\" data-end=\"1602\">\n<p data-start=\"1566\" data-end=\"1602\">prime de pr\u00e9sence : <strong data-start=\"1586\" data-end=\"1602\">2,080 dinars<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"1604\" data-end=\"1687\">En pratique, la r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration minimale r\u00e9elle d\u00e9passe donc le simple niveau du SMIG.<\/p>\n<h2 data-section-id=\"1g0ts9y\" data-start=\"1694\" data-end=\"1745\">Pouvoir d\u2019achat : une hausse r\u00e9elle mais limit\u00e9e<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"1747\" data-end=\"1795\">Sur le papier, les hausses cumul\u00e9es atteignent :<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1797\" data-end=\"1829\">\n<li data-section-id=\"v3245e\" data-start=\"1797\" data-end=\"1829\">\n<p data-start=\"1799\" data-end=\"1829\"><strong data-start=\"1799\" data-end=\"1829\">+14,5 % entre 2024 et 2025<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"1831\" data-end=\"1869\">Mais le gain r\u00e9el reste \u00e0 relativiser.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1871\" data-end=\"1941\">Selon les donn\u00e9es de l\u2019<strong data-start=\"1894\" data-end=\"1939\">Institut National de la Statistique (INS)<\/strong> :<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1943\" data-end=\"2031\">\n<li data-section-id=\"1onm1y2\" data-start=\"1943\" data-end=\"1996\">\n<p data-start=\"1945\" data-end=\"1996\">inflation moyenne en Tunisie <strong data-start=\"1974\" data-end=\"1996\">2024 : environ 7 %<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1e7nbom\" data-start=\"1997\" data-end=\"2031\">\n<p data-start=\"1999\" data-end=\"2031\">inflation <strong data-start=\"2009\" data-end=\"2031\">2023 : plus de 9 %<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"2033\" data-end=\"2173\">Autrement dit, une grande partie de l\u2019augmentation sert \u00e0 <strong data-start=\"2091\" data-end=\"2123\">compenser la hausse des prix<\/strong> plut\u00f4t qu\u2019\u00e0 cr\u00e9er un gain net de pouvoir d\u2019achat.<\/p>\n<h2 data-section-id=\"1a4028f\" data-start=\"2180\" data-end=\"2230\">SMIG et structure du march\u00e9 du travail tunisien<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"2232\" data-end=\"2322\">Pour comprendre l\u2019impact r\u00e9el du SMIG, il faut regarder la structure du march\u00e9 du travail.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2324\" data-end=\"2347\">Quelques donn\u00e9es cl\u00e9s :<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"2349\" data-end=\"2549\">\n<li data-section-id=\"1d1hd3o\" data-start=\"2349\" data-end=\"2412\">\n<p data-start=\"2351\" data-end=\"2412\">plus de <strong data-start=\"2359\" data-end=\"2389\">800 000 unit\u00e9s \u00e9conomiques<\/strong> recens\u00e9es en Tunisie<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"140r6yo\" data-start=\"2413\" data-end=\"2483\">\n<p data-start=\"2415\" data-end=\"2483\">environ <strong data-start=\"2423\" data-end=\"2431\">87 %<\/strong> correspondent \u00e0 <strong data-start=\"2448\" data-end=\"2483\">l\u2019auto-emploi ou micro-activit\u00e9<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"146lrgt\" data-start=\"2484\" data-end=\"2549\">\n<p data-start=\"2486\" data-end=\"2549\">seulement <strong data-start=\"2496\" data-end=\"2519\">103 000 entreprises<\/strong> emploient au moins un salari\u00e9<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"2551\" data-end=\"2564\">Cons\u00e9quence :<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2566\" data-end=\"2599\">Le SMIG concerne principalement :<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"2601\" data-end=\"2685\">\n<li data-section-id=\"wdpgxn\" data-start=\"2601\" data-end=\"2634\">\n<p data-start=\"2603\" data-end=\"2634\">les <strong data-start=\"2607\" data-end=\"2634\">entreprises structur\u00e9es<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"18ve7ep\" data-start=\"2635\" data-end=\"2685\">\n<p data-start=\"2637\" data-end=\"2685\">les <strong data-start=\"2641\" data-end=\"2685\">secteurs industriels et services formels<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"2687\" data-end=\"2765\">Une large partie de l\u2019\u00e9conomie informelle reste <strong data-start=\"2735\" data-end=\"2764\">hors de ce cadre salarial<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h2 data-section-id=\"3tmirn\" data-start=\"2772\" data-end=\"2802\">Impact pour les entreprises<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"2804\" data-end=\"2867\">L\u2019augmentation du SMIG agit directement sur le co\u00fbt du travail.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2869\" data-end=\"2940\">Pour les entreprises intensives en main-d\u2019\u0153uvre, l\u2019effet est imm\u00e9diat :<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"2942\" data-end=\"3051\">\n<li data-section-id=\"o831it\" data-start=\"2942\" data-end=\"2977\">\n<p data-start=\"2944\" data-end=\"2977\">hausse des <strong data-start=\"2955\" data-end=\"2977\">charges salariales<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"bjn6h2\" data-start=\"2978\" data-end=\"3007\">\n<p data-start=\"2980\" data-end=\"3007\">pression sur les <strong data-start=\"2997\" data-end=\"3007\">marges<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"jf1zc7\" data-start=\"3008\" data-end=\"3051\">\n<p data-start=\"3010\" data-end=\"3051\">n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 d\u2019am\u00e9liorer la <strong data-start=\"3035\" data-end=\"3051\">productivit\u00e9<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"3053\" data-end=\"3083\">Dans certains secteurs comme :<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"3085\" data-end=\"3132\">\n<li data-section-id=\"15grc51\" data-start=\"3085\" data-end=\"3094\">\n<p data-start=\"3087\" data-end=\"3094\">textile<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"lcbfip\" data-start=\"3095\" data-end=\"3121\">\n<p data-start=\"3097\" data-end=\"3121\">industrie manufacturi\u00e8re<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"160nw7a\" data-start=\"3122\" data-end=\"3132\">\n<p data-start=\"3124\" data-end=\"3132\">services<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"3134\" data-end=\"3215\">le SMIG sert souvent de <strong data-start=\"3158\" data-end=\"3214\">r\u00e9f\u00e9rence salariale pour plusieurs niveaux de postes<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3217\" data-end=\"3309\">Une hausse du minimum peut donc provoquer un <strong data-start=\"3262\" data-end=\"3308\">effet domino sur toute la grille salariale<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h2 data-section-id=\"75iuvn\" data-start=\"3316\" data-end=\"3360\">Lecture \u00e9conomique : un \u00e9quilibre d\u00e9licat<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"3362\" data-end=\"3434\">La politique salariale poursuit deux objectifs parfois contradictoires :<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3436\" data-end=\"3460\"><strong data-start=\"3436\" data-end=\"3460\">Soutenir les m\u00e9nages<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"3462\" data-end=\"3518\">\n<li data-section-id=\"1bdx81c\" data-start=\"3462\" data-end=\"3494\">\n<p data-start=\"3464\" data-end=\"3494\">am\u00e9lioration du revenu minimum<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1nvf4r4\" data-start=\"3495\" data-end=\"3518\">\n<p data-start=\"3497\" data-end=\"3518\">stabilisation sociale<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"3520\" data-end=\"3550\"><strong data-start=\"3520\" data-end=\"3550\">Pr\u00e9server la comp\u00e9titivit\u00e9<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"3552\" data-end=\"3640\">\n<li data-section-id=\"5vc2rx\" data-start=\"3552\" data-end=\"3600\">\n<p data-start=\"3554\" data-end=\"3600\">\u00e9viter une hausse excessive du co\u00fbt du travail<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"w1xbrq\" data-start=\"3601\" data-end=\"3640\">\n<p data-start=\"3603\" data-end=\"3640\">maintenir l\u2019attractivit\u00e9 industrielle<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"3642\" data-end=\"3719\">Pour une \u00e9conomie exportatrice comme la Tunisie, cet \u00e9quilibre reste fragile.<\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"3741\" data-end=\"3800\">La hausse du SMIG en Tunisie confirme une tendance claire :<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"3802\" data-end=\"3868\"><strong data-start=\"3802\" data-end=\"3868\">ajuster progressivement le salaire minimum face \u00e0 l\u2019inflation.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3870\" data-end=\"3897\">Les chiffres sont simples :<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"3899\" data-end=\"3992\">\n<li data-section-id=\"132sbdh\" data-start=\"3899\" data-end=\"3947\">\n<p data-start=\"3901\" data-end=\"3947\"><strong data-start=\"3901\" data-end=\"3915\">528,320 DT<\/strong> pour un salari\u00e9 \u00e0 plein temps<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1hsqhdv\" data-start=\"3948\" data-end=\"3992\">\n<p data-start=\"3950\" data-end=\"3992\"><strong data-start=\"3950\" data-end=\"3964\">448,238 DT<\/strong> pour un salari\u00e9 \u00e0 40 heures<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"3994\" data-end=\"4079\">Avec les primes obligatoires, le revenu minimum r\u00e9el d\u00e9passe l\u00e9g\u00e8rement ces montants.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"4081\" data-end=\"4119\">Mais le d\u00e9bat \u00e9conomique reste ouvert.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"4121\" data-end=\"4222\">La question n\u2019est plus seulement <strong data-start=\"4154\" data-end=\"4175\">le niveau du SMIG<\/strong>, mais la capacit\u00e9 de l\u2019\u00e9conomie tunisienne \u00e0 :<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"4224\"
