Avec un score moyen de 53,2, elle se situe 23,9\u00a0points en dessous de la moyenne mondiale (77,1).<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Au total, six r\u00e9formes ont \u00e9t\u00e9 men\u00e9es par quatre des 20\u00a0\u00e9conomies de la r\u00e9gion au cours de l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e \u00e9coul\u00e9e.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Concernant l&rsquo;<em>Entrepreneuriat<\/em>, neuf \u00e9conomies de la r\u00e9gion <strong>MENA<\/strong> obtiennent un score de 100\u00a0: <strong>l&rsquo;Arabie saoudite, Bahre\u00efn, Djibouti, la R\u00e9publique arabe d&rsquo;\u00c9gypte, les \u00c9mirats arabes unis, l&rsquo;Iraq, la Jordanie, Malte et le Maroc.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">L\u2019<strong>Arabie saoudite, Bahre\u00efn<\/strong> et les <strong>\u00c9mirats arabes unis<\/strong> sont les seuls pays de la r\u00e9gion <strong>MENA<\/strong> \u00e0 enregistrer un score de 100 pour l&rsquo;indicateur <em>R\u00e9mun\u00e9ration<\/em>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">En ce qui concerne l&rsquo;indicateur relatif au <em>Mariage<\/em>, seulement <strong>Malte<\/strong> obtient le score de 100.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">L\u2019<strong>Iraq<\/strong> a obtenu le score maximale pour l&rsquo;indicateur <em>Entrepreneuriat <\/em>apres l&rsquo;interdiction des discriminations fond\u00e9es sur le sexe dans les services financiers, contre un score de 75 dans l&rsquo;\u00e9dition pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente du rapport.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Bahre\u00efn<\/strong> est pass\u00e9 d\u2019un score de 75 l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re pour l&rsquo;indicateur <em>Retraite<\/em> \u00e0 un score de 100, \u00e0 la faveur de l&rsquo;\u00e9galisation de l&rsquo;\u00e2ge auquel les hommes et les femmes peuvent prendre leur retraite \u00e0 taux plein.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Sur les 44\u00a0\u00e9conomies dans le monde ayant obtenu un score sup\u00e9rieur \u00e0 90, une seulement se trouve dans la r\u00e9gion <strong>MENA<\/strong>: <strong>Malte <\/strong>(91,3).<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Sur les 20\u00a0\u00e9conomies de la r\u00e9gion, trois seulement affichent un score sup\u00e9rieur \u00e0 75\u00a0: les <strong>\u00c9mirats arabes unis<\/strong> (82,5), <strong>Malte <\/strong>(91,3) et le <strong>Maroc <\/strong>(75,6). En revanche, la <strong>Cisjordanie et Gaza<\/strong> (26,3) est l&rsquo;\u00e9conomie la moins bien class\u00e9e de la r\u00e9gion, suivie du <strong>Y\u00e9men<\/strong> (26,9) et du <strong>Qatar<\/strong> (29,4).<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Les \u00e9conomies de la r\u00e9gion <strong>MENA<\/strong> obtiennent de bons r\u00e9sultats dans le domaine de l&rsquo;<em>Entrepreneuriat<\/em> (score moyen de 86,3). Par exemple, toutes les \u00e9conomies de cette r\u00e9gion disposent de lois autorisant une femme \u00e0 signer un contrat, \u00e0 faire enregistrer une entreprise et \u00e0 ouvrir un compte bancaire au m\u00eame titre qu\u2019un homme.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Dans les domaines de la <em>Parentalit\u00e9<\/em> (score moyen de 35), de l&rsquo;<em>Entrepreneuriat<\/em> (score moyen de 86,3) et de la <em>Retraite<\/em> (score moyen de 58,8), la r\u00e9gion <strong>MENA<\/strong> a progress\u00e9 de 1\u00a0point, 1,3\u00a0point et 2,5\u00a0points, respectivement, au cours de l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">La r\u00e9gion <strong>MENA<\/strong> n&rsquo;a enregistr\u00e9 en 2022 aucune am\u00e9lioration dans les domaines de la <em>Mobilit\u00e9<\/em>, du <em>Travail<\/em>, de la <em>R\u00e9mun\u00e9ration<\/em>, du <em>Mariage<\/em> et des <em>Actifs<\/em>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Pour les indicateurs <em>Entrepreneuriat, Retraite<\/em> et <em>Actifs<\/em>, aucune \u00e9conomie de la r\u00e9gion n&rsquo;obtient un score de 0.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Des difficult\u00e9s importants subsistent notamment dans les domaines du <em>Mariage <\/em>et de la <em>Parentalit\u00e9<\/em>, qui affichent un score moyen de 35 sur 100. Alors qu&rsquo;un seul pays de la r\u00e9gion obtient le score maximal pour l\u2019indicateur <em>Mariage<\/em>, aucun d&rsquo;entre eux n&rsquo;affiche un tel r\u00e9sultat pour la <em>Parentalit\u00e9<\/em>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00c9volution historique des r\u00e9formes<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Au cours des 53\u00a0derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es, la r\u00e9gion <strong>Moyen-Orient et Afrique du Nord<\/strong> a gagn\u00e9 23,6\u00a0points dans l\u2019indice <em>Les Femmes, l\u2019Entreprise et le Droit<\/em> (WBL).
