La souscription \u00e0 ces actions sera r\u00e9serv\u00e9e en priorit\u00e9 aux anciens actionnaires de Tunisie Leasing &amp; Factoring.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"texte\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Le Conseil des march\u00e9s financiers (CMF), le r\u00e9gulateur des op\u00e9rations du march\u00e9 financier tunisien a accord\u00e9 son visa pour cette op\u00e9ration. Cette augmentation de capital se d\u00e9roulera du 21 d\u00e9cembre 2018 au 1er f\u00e9vrier 2019. Elle permettra de renforcer les fonds propres de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"texte\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Rappelons que Tunisie Leasing &amp; Factoring a r\u00e9cemment \u00e9mis un emprunt obligataire subordonn\u00e9 de 7 millions\u00a0$ pouvant \u00eatre port\u00e9 \u00e0 10,5 millions\u00a0$.
