font-family: georgia,palatino;\"> de sa r\u00e9union pr\u00e9sid\u00e9e par le Chef du gouvernement Ali Laarayedh \u00e0 la <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">Kasbah, trois grands projets d&rsquo;investissement.<\/span><\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">Le premier projet concerne la ville thermale \u00e0 El Khabayet \u00e0 Gab\u00e8s, qui<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\"> sera r\u00e9alis\u00e9 par des investisseurs autrichiens et tunisiens avec un <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">montant de 750 millions de dinars (MD) et une capacit\u00e9 d&#8217;emploi de 3200 <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">postes.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">D&rsquo;apr\u00e8s la commission, le contenu du m\u00e9morandum d&rsquo;entente qui sera sign\u00e9 <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">entre la Tunisie et les investisseurs pour fixer les engagements des <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">deux parties, fera l&rsquo;objet d&rsquo;une v\u00e9rification, et ce, avec la<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\"> participation des organismes concern\u00e9s.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">Le 2\u00e8me projet est relatif au stockage interm\u00e9diaire des avions \u00e0<\/span> <span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">l&rsquo;a\u00e9roport de Tozeur-Nafta pour un budget de 65 MD.<\/span> <br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">La commission a donn\u00e9 son accord pour le d\u00e9marrage des proc\u00e9dures <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">relatives \u00e0 l&rsquo;appel d&rsquo;offres d&rsquo;une concession concernant le projet.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">Le 3\u00e8me projet concerne la ville int\u00e9gr\u00e9e pour le savoir et les affaires <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">\u00e0 l &lsquo;Ariana qui sera r\u00e9alis\u00e9e par une soci\u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9trang\u00e8re sur une <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">superficie de 250 hectares avec un co\u00fbt de l&rsquo;ordre de 2 mille millions<\/span> <span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">de dinars.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">Le minist\u00e8re du D\u00e9veloppement et de la Coop\u00e9ration Internationale a \u00e9t\u00e9<\/span> <span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">charg\u00e9 de pr\u00e9parer le m\u00e9morandum d&rsquo;entente r\u00e9gissant le cadre de <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;
