font-family: georgia,palatino;\">premier semestre 2013, en passant de 951,2 millions de dinars (MD), au <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">cours de la m\u00eame p\u00e9riode de 2012, \u00e0 939 (MD), d&rsquo;apr\u00e8s les statistiques<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\"> de la FIPA (Agence de promotion de l&rsquo;investissement ext\u00e9rieur).<\/span><\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">Environ 823,2 MD de ce montant sont g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9s par des investissements <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">directs \u00e9trangers (IDE) et 115,8 MD proviennent d&rsquo;investissements de <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">portefeuille.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">Compar\u00e9s aux premiers semestres de 2011 et 2010, les investissements<\/span> <span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">\u00e9trangers ont enregistr\u00e9 une augmentation de<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\"> 21,1% par rapport \u00e0 2011 et une<\/span> <span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">baisse de 13,9% par rapport \u00e0 2010.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">La r\u00e9partition sectorielle des investissements r\u00e9v\u00e8le que le secteur des<\/span> <span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">services a connu la plus importante baisse par rapport \u00e0 2012 (-21,8%) <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">suivi par le secteur industriel (-5%) et l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie (-4,3%).<\/span> <br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">Une l\u00e9g\u00e8re reprise est not\u00e9e dans l&rsquo;industrie manufacturi\u00e8re au mois de <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">juin 2013, essentiellement, dans les secteurs de l&rsquo;\u00e9lectrique <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">\u00e9lectronique, la plasturgie et l&rsquo;agroalimentaire.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">Selon le site de la FIPA, les nouveaux investissements ont contribu\u00e9 \u00e0<\/span> <span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">la cr\u00e9ation de 89 nouvelles entreprises contre 71 au cours du premier <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">semestre de 2012 et l&rsquo;extension de 246 unit\u00e9s d\u00e9j\u00e0 install\u00e9es contre 112<\/span> <span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">au cours de la m\u00eame p\u00e9riode de 2012.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">En terme d&#8217;emplois, seulement 2 610 nouveaux postes ont \u00e9t\u00e9 cr\u00e9\u00e9s, <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;
