font-family: georgia,palatino;\"> Tunisie, sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9 dans les investissements mobiliers et immobiliers \u00e0 <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">usage professionnel, pr\u00e9pare son introduction en bourse. <\/span><\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">Le conseil d&rsquo;administration de la Bourse de Tunis avait donn\u00e9 son accord<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">de principe, lors de sa r\u00e9union du 25 juin 2013, pour l&rsquo;admission au <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">march\u00e9 principal de la cote de la bourse, des 20 millions d&rsquo;actions<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\"> constituant le capital actuel de \u00ab\u00a0Best Lease\u00a0\u00bb, ainsi que 10 millions <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">d&rsquo;actions nouvelles souscrites, \u00e0 \u00e9mettre dans le cadre de <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">l&rsquo;augmentation de capital, soit au total 30 millions d&rsquo;actions, de <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">nominal un dinar, chacune.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">L&rsquo;offre publique de vente, concernera 10 millions actions, soit 33,33%<\/span> <span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">du capital apr\u00e8s augmentation, selon le site de la Bourse de Tunis.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">L&rsquo;ouverture de l&rsquo;offre publique, ainsi que l&rsquo;admission d\u00e9finitive, sont <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">tributaires de la mise \u00e0 la disposition du public, d&rsquo;un prospectus <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">d&rsquo;offre et d&rsquo;admission, vis\u00e9 par le Conseil du march\u00e9 financier (CMF).<\/span> <br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">La m\u00eame source a indiqu\u00e9 que l&rsquo;op\u00e9ration d&rsquo;introduction est pilot\u00e9e par <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">l&rsquo;interm\u00e9diaire introducteur \u00ab\u00a0BNA capitaux\u00a0\u00bb.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">A noter que l&rsquo;activit\u00e9 de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 \u00ab Best Lease \u00bb, s&rsquo;est consolid\u00e9e <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">avec des financements de 84,5 millions de dinars (MD) en 2012, ce qui <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;
