font-family: georgia,palatino;\"> \u00a0\u00bbEmirates International T\u00e9l\u00e9communications\u00a0\u00bb (EIT), partenaire <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">strat\u00e9gique de \u00ab\u00a0Tunisie Telecom \u00ab\u00a0(TT), \u00e0 entamer sur sa demande, le <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">processus de cession de sa part dans la soci\u00e9t\u00e9.&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">\u00ab\u00a0EIT\u00a0\u00bb d\u00e9tient 35% du capital de TT, achet\u00e9s en 2006, pour un montant de <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">2,25 milliards de dollars.<\/span><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">Selon un communiqu\u00e9 publi\u00e9 par le minist\u00e8re des TIC, l&rsquo;Etat tunisien a<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\"> exig\u00e9 que le nouvel actionnaire soit l&rsquo;un des op\u00e9rateurs internationaux <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">des t\u00e9l\u00e9communications, dot\u00e9 d&rsquo;une comp\u00e9tence dans ce domaine, afin<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\"> d&rsquo;apporter une plus value \u00e0 \u00ab\u00a0Tunisie Telecom\u00a0\u00bb au niveau des services, de <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">la technologie et des choix strat\u00e9giques.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">M.Habib Debbabi, charg\u00e9 de mission au sein du cabinet du ministre des <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">TIC, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 que \u00ab\u00a0le partenaire \u00e9mirati n&rsquo;a pas donn\u00e9 les <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">raisons qui l&rsquo;ont pouss\u00e9 \u00e0 c\u00e9der sa part dans le capital de TT\u00a0\u00bb. <br \/><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">Toutefois, il a fait savoir qu&rsquo;en vertu de \u00ab\u00a0l&rsquo;accord conclu avec l&rsquo;EIT, <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">l&rsquo;Etat tunisien a le droit de choisir le nouveau partenaire et de donner <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;
