font-family: georgia,palatino;\">.<\/span><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">\u00ab\u00a0JAL Group\u00a0\u00bb, qui g\u00e8re des unit\u00e9s de production \u00e0 Menzel Jemil, \u00e0 la zone <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">industrielle et \u00e0 la zone franche de Menzel Bourguiba, emploient pr\u00e8s de<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">4 mille ouvriers et fonctionnaires, avait annonc\u00e9 la semaine derni\u00e8re <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">stipule outre la reprise demain des<\/span> <span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">activit\u00e9s du groupe, le paiement mardi prochain des salaires du mois <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">d&rsquo;avril pour tous les agents des soci\u00e9t\u00e9s \u00ab\u00a0Evol\u00a0\u00bb et \u00ab\u00a0Atel\u00a0\u00bb et \u00ab\u00a0au plus<\/span> <span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">tard la fin de la semaine prochaine\u00a0\u00bb pour les agents de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 \u00ab\u00a0JALpos\u00a0\u00bb.<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\"><br \/><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">La direction g\u00e9n\u00e9rale de \u00ab\u00a0JAL Group\u00a0\u00bb a r\u00e9affirm\u00e9 son engagement \u00e0<\/span> <span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">fournir toutes les garanties juridiques \u00e0 l&rsquo;ensemble du personnel qui<\/span> <span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">sera transf\u00e9r\u00e9 \u00e0 l&rsquo;unit\u00e9 industrielle de Menzel Jemil ou \u00e0 celle <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">install\u00e9e dans la zone d&rsquo;activit\u00e9 \u00e9conomique de Menzel Bourguiba.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">Selon le proc\u00e8s verbal, ces garanties sont conformes \u00e0 la l\u00e9gislation en <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">vigueur, au code du travail, \u00e0 la convention collective cadre et \u00e0 la<\/span> <span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">convention collective sectorielle pour le secteur du cuir et chaussures. <\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">Elles concernent la pr\u00e9servation de l&rsquo;anciennet\u00e9, de la cat\u00e9gorie <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">professionnelle, des salaires et de tous les acquis professionnels et<\/span> <span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">sociaux.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">La soci\u00e9t\u00e9 s&rsquo;engage aussi \u00e0 prendre en charge les frais de transport des <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">ouvriers qui seront transf\u00e9r\u00e9s et qui ne peuvent b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier des services<\/span> <span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">de transport de l&rsquo;entreprise.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">Une indemnit\u00e9 de transport leur sera servie et dont le montant sera fix\u00e9 <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">ult\u00e9rieurement par les parties signataires du proc\u00e8s verbal.<\/span> <br \/><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">\u00ab\u00a0JAL Group\u00a0\u00bb s&rsquo;est aussi engag\u00e9, en vertu de cet accord, \u00e0 d\u00e9livrer \u00e0 <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">tous les agents qui seront appel\u00e9s \u00e0 travailler dans la zone franche des<\/span> <span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">certificats individuels de d\u00e9tachement et une autorisation de travail <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">sp\u00e9cifiant toutes les donn\u00e9es relatives \u00e0 l&rsquo;agent particuli\u00e8rement son<\/span> <span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">anciennet\u00e9, sa sp\u00e9cialit\u00e9, sa cat\u00e9gorie professionnelle et toutes les <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">composantes de sa r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">La direction g\u00e9n\u00e9rale de \u00ab\u00a0JAL Group\u00a0\u00bb s&rsquo;est aussi donn\u00e9 son accord pour <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">mettre en \u009cuvre, au plus tard le 31 mai courant, le contenu des proc\u00e8s<\/span> <span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">verbaux dat\u00e9s du 26 et 28 mars dernier, y compris l&rsquo;article 8 relatif <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">aux v\u00eatements du travail.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">L&rsquo;accord donne \u00e9galement la possibilit\u00e9 pour un d\u00e9part volontaire pour<\/span> <span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">les agents qui le demandent sur pr\u00e9sentation d&rsquo;une demande individuelle<\/span> <span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">\u00e0 la direction du Groupe au plus le 20 mai courant. <br \/><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">Ces agents b\u00e9n\u00e9ficieront d&rsquo;une indemnit\u00e9 forfaitaire estim\u00e9e \u00e0 un<\/span> <span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">salaire pour chaque ann\u00e9e d&rsquo;anciennet\u00e9 avec une bonification fix\u00e9e \u00e0 6<\/span> <span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">mois de salaires. <\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">L&rsquo;indemnit\u00e9 ne doit pas d\u00e9passer dans tous les cas un plafond de 19 mois<\/span> <span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">de salaires.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">Les d\u00e9parts volontaires seront ex\u00e9cut\u00e9s en trois \u00e9tapes : 30 mai, 20 <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;
