font-family: georgia,palatino;\"> financement de la constitution d&rsquo;un stock r\u00e9gulateur de pommes de terre<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">de consommation pour l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e 2013, selon un communiqu\u00e9 de la pr\u00e9sidence <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">du gouvernement.<\/span><\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em><strong><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">Cette s\u00e9ance a adopt\u00e9 les recommandations suivantes :<\/span><\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\"><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">-Dynamisation des activit\u00e9s de la commission charg\u00e9e de la r\u00e9vision des<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\"> syst\u00e8mes de r\u00e9gulation sous la pr\u00e9sidence du minist\u00e8re de l&rsquo;agriculteur. <br \/><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">-Constitution d&rsquo;un stock r\u00e9gulateur de pommes de terre de consommation<\/span> <span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">de 40 mille tonnes pour la saison 2013 <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">-Adoption d&rsquo;un prix<\/span> <span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">d&rsquo;intervention de 450 millimes\/kg en vigueur depuis 2008.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">-Adoption d&rsquo;une prime progressive de stockage en fonction de la p\u00e9riode. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><em><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">Elle a \u00e9t\u00e9 fix\u00e9e comme suit :<\/span><\/em><\/strong><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">1- 60 dinars\/tonne pour les quantit\u00e9s commercialis\u00e9es avant la fin du <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">mois d&rsquo;ao\u00fbt 2013 (une moyenne de 2000 tonnes requiert une prime de<\/span> <span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">stockage d&rsquo;une valeur de30 mille dinars).<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">2- 90 dinars\/tonne pour les quantit\u00e9s commercialis\u00e9es en septembre 2013 <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">(une moyenne de 5 mille tonnes requiert une prime de stockage d&rsquo;une<\/span> <span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">valeur de 450 mille dinars).<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">3- 120 dinars\/tonne pour les quantit\u00e9s commercialis\u00e9es entre d\u00e9but <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">octobre et mi-novembre 2013 ( une moyenne de 30 mille tonnes requiert<\/span> <span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">une prime de 3,6 MD).<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">L&rsquo;impact financier de cet ajustement de la prime est estim\u00e9 \u00e0 4,350 MD <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">soit un co\u00fbt suppl\u00e9mentaire de 750 mille dinars.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">-Refus d&rsquo;octroyer une prime suppl\u00e9mentaire mensuelle de 15 dinars\/tonne <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">dont l&rsquo;impact financier est de l&rsquo;ordre de 0,3 MD.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">-Mettre \u00e0 la disposition du Groupement interprofessionnel des l\u00e9gumes 3 <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">techniciens et 2 moyens de transport afin de garantir la r\u00e9ussite du<\/span> <span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">programme propos\u00e9 pour 2013.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;
