font-family: georgia,palatino;\">Tunisienne du Travail (UGTT) et la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 fran\u00e7aise T\u00e9l\u00e9 performance.<\/span><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">La convention vise \u00e0 mettre fin \u00e0 la crise au sein de cette entreprise <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">et \u00e0 organiser les relations de travail entre l&rsquo;administration de cette<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">entreprise et la partie syndicale. <\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">Elle a \u00e9t\u00e9 sign\u00e9e par le Secr\u00e9taire g\u00e9n\u00e9ral adjoint de <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">l&rsquo;UGTT<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">charg\u00e9 du secteur priv\u00e9, Belgacem Ayari et Bertrand Derazey, PDG de T\u00e9l\u00e9 <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">performance.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">Les deux parties ont convenu de r\u00e9int\u00e9grer les personnes licenci\u00e9es lors <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">du dernier mouvement de gr\u00e8ve, d&rsquo;activer la grille des salaires avec un<\/span> <span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">impact financier de 0,7% par \u00e9chelon \u00e0 partir du 1er janvier 2013 et un <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">taux de 1,1% \u00e0 partir du 1er juillet 2013.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">La convention stipule aussi que les n\u00e9gociations concernant les <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">promotions et l&rsquo;avancement professionnelle ne doivent pas d\u00e9passer une<\/span> <span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">ann\u00e9e.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">La convention pr\u00e9voit \u00e9galement l&rsquo;annulation des mutations abusives et <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">le paiement des salaires des agents qui ont refus\u00e9 l&rsquo;ex\u00e9cution de ces<\/span> <span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">mutations. <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">Il s&rsquo;agit \u00e9galement d&rsquo;oeuvrer \u00e0 l&rsquo;application de l&rsquo;article 22 de la<\/span> <span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">convention cadre sectorielle. <br \/><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">Les deux parties se sont accord\u00e9es \u00e0 tenir une r\u00e9union de travail une <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">fois par mois entre le syndicat et l&rsquo;administration pour traiter les<\/span> <span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">probl\u00e8mes quotidiens et pour fixer une date prochaine pour la discussion<\/span> <span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">des points en suspens contenus dans le pr\u00e9avis de gr\u00e8ve, dont la<\/span> <span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">cr\u00e9ation d&rsquo;un fonds social.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">La crise au sein de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 t\u00e9l\u00e9 performance a rapidement d\u00e9g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9<\/span> <span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">avec l&rsquo;organisation d&rsquo;un sit-in et d&rsquo;une gr\u00e8ve de trois jours.<\/span> <span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">Suite \u00e0 ces&nbsp; \u00e9v\u00e8nements, la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 qui emploie pr\u00e8s de 5 mille agents, a<\/span> <span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">menac\u00e9 d&rsquo;arr\u00eater ses activit\u00e9s en Tunisie et de les transf\u00e9rer vers un<\/span> <span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">autre pays. \u00ab\u00a0Ces mouvements de protestations sont une forme de <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">militantisme de l&rsquo;UGTT.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">Les protestataires n&rsquo;ont fait que d\u00e9fendre les agents licenci\u00e9s\u00a0\u00bb, a<\/span> <span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">indiqu\u00e9 M.Ayari ajoutant que le sit-in a \u00e9t\u00e9 lev\u00e9 mercredi \u00e0 8 heures du<\/span> <span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">soir saluant la compr\u00e9hension des protestataires et leur engagement \u00e0 <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">respecter les d\u00e9cisions de l&rsquo;UGTT. \u00abAu d\u00e9part, l&rsquo;administration a \u00e9t\u00e9<\/span> <span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">rigide et avait&nbsp; accus\u00e9 l&rsquo;UGTT d&rsquo;entraver l&rsquo;investissement \u00e9tranger. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">Elle<\/span> <span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">a fait par la suite preuve d&rsquo;une compr\u00e9hension des exigences du dialogue<\/span> <span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">social et des fondements des n\u00e9gociations ce qui a permis de parvenir \u00e0 <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">cet accord \u00bb, a dit M.Ayari. <br \/><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">L&rsquo;UGTT encourage l&rsquo;investissement qu&rsquo;il soit local ou \u00e9tranger partant <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">de sa conscience de l&rsquo;importance de cette activit\u00e9 dans l&rsquo;impulsion de<\/span> <span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">l&rsquo;\u00e9conomie, a-t-il encore dit. <\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">\u00ab Ce souci ne peut intervenir en contrepartie des droits des ouvriers et<\/span> <span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">de leur dignit\u00e9 qui constituent des imp\u00e9ratifs nationaux \u00bb, a pr\u00e9cis\u00e9 le<\/span> <span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">responsable syndicaliste. \u00ab\u00a0Nous avons tourn\u00e9 une nouvelle page de <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">dialogue et de relations de respect mutuel avec cette entreprise.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">L&rsquo;UGTT a toujours appel\u00e9 au dialogue et cherche constamment \u00e0 trouver<\/span> <span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">des solutions avec toutes les parties\u00a0\u00bb a-t-il encore dit.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">De son cot\u00e9, le PDG de t\u00e9l\u00e9 performance Tunisie a indiqu\u00e9 que son <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">entreprise fait face \u00e0 de nouveaux d\u00e9fis qu&rsquo;elle ne peut surmonter qu&rsquo;\u00e0<\/span> <span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">travers la mobilisation des efforts de toutes les parties, <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">administration et agents, se f\u00e9licitant de l&rsquo;ouverture d&rsquo;une nouvelle<\/span> <span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">\u00e9tape de dialogue social au sein de l&rsquo;entreprise. \u00ab\u00a0La situation est <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">telle que ses r\u00e9percussions risquent d&rsquo;\u00eatre catastrophiques. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">La<\/span> <span style=\"font-size: 10pt;
