font-family: georgia,palatino;\"> Tunisie, a r\u00e9alis\u00e9, en 2012, un chiffre d&rsquo;affaires de 18,8 MD, d&rsquo;apr\u00e8s <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">la communication financi\u00e8re tenue, lundi, au si\u00e8ge de la Bourse de Tunis.<\/span><\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\"> <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">Le pr\u00e9sident directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 Adel Abou Rakha a ajout\u00e9<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\"> que le r\u00e9sultat net pour l&rsquo;exercice 2012 est estim\u00e9 \u00e0 3,4 MD, alors que <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">le stock foncier d\u00e9tenu par la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 s&rsquo;\u00e9l\u00e8ve \u00e0 46,4 MD, dont 17,6 MD<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\"> en termes de terres fonci\u00e8res, 25,2 MD sous forme de locaux destin\u00e9s \u00e0 <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">la vente et 3,6 MD consacr\u00e9s aux travaux de construction en cours de<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">r\u00e9alisation.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">Il a, dans ce cadre, estim\u00e9 que ce stock foncier diminuera, en 2013,<\/span> <span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">pour s&rsquo;\u00e9tablir \u00e0 6 MD, apr\u00e8s la conclusion des contrats de vente pour<\/span> <span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">tout le stock r\u00e9serv\u00e9 \u00e0 des projets en cours de r\u00e9alisation, comme celui <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">de logement (RIHAB 5) dont le co\u00fbt est de 10 MD ainsi que la vente d&rsquo;une<\/span> <span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">partie du projet \u00ab Chott El Kantaoui (gouvernorat de Sousse) \u00bb.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">Le PDG de la SITS s&rsquo;attendait, \u00e0 la suite de ces ventes, \u00e0 <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">l&rsquo;augmentation du chiffre d&rsquo;affaires de 28,7 % pour atteindre \u00e0 la fin<\/span> <span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">2013, le seuil de 24,2 MD.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">L&rsquo;ann\u00e9e 2013, a-t-il affirm\u00e9, sera marqu\u00e9e par le d\u00e9marrage des travaux <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">de r\u00e9alisation de nouveaux projets dans les domaine de l&rsquo;habitation, des<\/span> <span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">loisirs, et du commerce, dans les gouvernorats de Tunis et Sousse, dont, <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">notamment, \u00abNejma Kantaoui\u00bb, \u00abSky center\u00bb, \u00ab centre international de la<\/span> <span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">M\u00e9dina\u00bb avec la finalisation des travaux du projet \u00abChott El Kantaoui\u00bb\u0085<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\"> <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">Le co\u00fbt global de ces projets s&rsquo;\u00e9l\u00e8ve \u00e0 49 MD, alors que le r\u00e9sultat net<\/span> <span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">de ces projets concernant la p\u00e9riode allant de 2013 jusqu&rsquo;en 2016, sera <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">accru \u00e0 21 MD, et par cons\u00e9quent le chiffre d&rsquo;affaires augmentera durant<\/span> <span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">la m\u00eame p\u00e9riode \u00e0 70 MD.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">La Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 Immobili\u00e8re tuniso-saoudienne a r\u00e9ussi d&rsquo;apr\u00e8s son PDG, \u00e0 <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">augmenter en 2012, son capital \u00e0 7,8 MD apr\u00e8s l&rsquo;\u00e9mission de 2,6 millions<\/span> <span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">d&rsquo;actions de nominal 3 dinars, en d\u00e9pit de la conjoncture \u00e9conomique <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">difficile que vit le pays, l&rsquo;objectif, selon Abou Rakha, \u00e9tant<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">d&rsquo;am\u00e9liorer le niveau de liquidit\u00e9s, de pr\u00e9server les \u00e9quilibres <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">financiers de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9, de poursuivre les travaux de construction et<\/span> <span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">de chercher de nouvelles opportunit\u00e9s d&rsquo;acquisition de nouveaux terrains.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">Il convient de rappeler que SITS exerce son activit\u00e9 en association avec <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">d&rsquo;autres soci\u00e9t\u00e9s \u00e0 savoir \u00ab ISS \u00bb, dont le capital est d\u00e9tenu \u00e0 70% par<\/span> <span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">SITS, qui s&rsquo;engage \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser le projet du centre international de la <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">M\u00e9dina (centre urbain du nord de Tunis), ainsi que la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 holding<\/span> <span style=\"font-size: 10pt;
