font-family: georgia,palatino;\"> qui circulent concernant l&rsquo;intention des autorit\u00e9s d&rsquo;augmenter le stock <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">technique du lait pour faciliter l&rsquo;\u00e9coulement des quantit\u00e9s import\u00e9es de<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">ce <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">produit.<\/span><\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">Au cours de la r\u00e9union de son bureau ex\u00e9cutif, tenue samedi et consacr\u00e9e<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">\u00e0 la pr\u00e9paration de son premier congr\u00e8s national, le syndicat a <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">consid\u00e9r\u00e9 que cette orientation se fera au d\u00e9triment de la production<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">locale du lait et portera atteinte aux int\u00e9r\u00eats des \u00e9leveurs et au <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">pouvoir d&rsquo;achat du consommateur, indique un communiqu\u00e9 du syndicat,<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">publi\u00e9 samedi, \u00e0 Tunis.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">Le syndicat a mis l&rsquo;accent sur la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 de suivre de pr\u00e8s les <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">impacts du d\u00e9ficit pluviom\u00e9trique sur les ressources fourrag\u00e8res,<\/span> <span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">notamment dans les r\u00e9gions du Centre et du Sud de la Tunisie. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\"><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">Il a appel\u00e9 \u00e0 garantir la transparence de la distribution des fourrages,<\/span> <span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">surtout l&rsquo;orge subventionn\u00e9 et le son, tout en renfor\u00e7ant davantage la <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">qualit\u00e9 des fourrages compos\u00e9s.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">Selon la m\u00eame source, la structure agricole a exprim\u00e9 sa r\u00e9serve quant \u00e0<\/span> <span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">l&rsquo;application d&rsquo;une double imposition sur l&rsquo;utilisation des eaux <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">d&rsquo;irrigation (un tarif fixe et un imp\u00f4t forfaitaire) dans les p\u00e9rim\u00e8tres<\/span> <span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">irrigu\u00e9s, consid\u00e9rant cela \u00ab\u00a0comme un imp\u00f4t foncier d\u00e9guis\u00e9\u00a0\u00bb.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">L&rsquo;accent a \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 mis sur les impacts dangereux d&rsquo;une telle <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">d\u00e9cision (double imposition), surtout sur le co\u00fbt de la production,<\/span> <span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">insistant sur l&rsquo;imp\u00e9ratif de rationaliser la gestion des ressources <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">hydriques, de se concerter avec les organisations agricoles et d&rsquo;\u00e9viter<\/span> <span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">les d\u00e9cisions unilat\u00e9rales.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">Le syndicat tunisien des agriculteurs a pr\u00e9cis\u00e9 que la derni\u00e8re hausse <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">excessive des prix des hydrocarbures va engendrer une hausse&nbsp; des co\u00fbts<\/span> <span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">de production, notamment en l&rsquo;absence de mesures d&rsquo;accompagnement pour<\/span> <span style=\"font-size: 10pt;
