font-family: georgia,palatino;\">Mohamed Bouazizi), de la sortie Ouest jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 la route nationale n\u00b03, au <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">niveau de Fouchana (gouvernorat de Ben Arous), en mai 2013, est<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">tributaire de la r\u00e9solution de deux probl\u00e8mes fonciers, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">M.Mounir Belhaj Salah, directeur r\u00e9gional de l&rsquo;\u00e9quipement \u00e0 Tunis et<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">pr\u00e9sident du projet.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">Le co\u00fbt total de ce projet routier est de 42 millions de dinars, pr\u00e9cise <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">un communiqu\u00e9 du minist\u00e8re de l&rsquo;\u00e9quipement, publi\u00e9 vendredi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">Le taux d&rsquo;avancement des travaux de cette nouvelle route qui conna\u00eetra <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">une intensification de la circulation dans les 2 sens, \u00e0 savoir une <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">moyenne de 35 mille v\u00e9hicules par jour, a atteint 85%.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">M.Belhaj Salah a indiqu\u00e9 que cette nouvelle rocade permettra d&rsquo;all\u00e9ger<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">la circulation Est\/Ouest et sera un point de liaison avec les zones Sud <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">Ouest de la capitale, telles que les cit\u00e9s d&rsquo;El Mourouj, de Ben Arous et<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">d&rsquo;El Mghira (zone industrielle).<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">Cette route permettra, en outre, de fluidifier la circulation au niveau <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">de l&rsquo;avenue du 9 avril et d&rsquo;\u00e9tablir la liaison avec l&rsquo;autoroute<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">Tunis\/Msaken. <br \/><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">Les principales composantes du projet concernent la r\u00e9alisation de 12km <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">de voies avec terre plein central de 10 m de large dans chaque sens <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">(2&#215;2) et le renforcement des caract\u00e9ristiques g\u00e9otechniques de l&#8217;emprise<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">de la route, notamment au niveau de la partie limitrophe de la Sabkha de <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">Sijoumi sur une longueur de 6km.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">Il s&rsquo;agit \u00e9galement de l&rsquo;am\u00e9nagement de 6 giratoires et de la <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">r\u00e9alisation de 15 ouvrages hydrauliques permettant le passage des&nbsp; pluies<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">vers la Sebkha de Sijoumi ainsi que la mise en place de glissi\u00e8res de<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et l&rsquo;\u00e9clairage public.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">Les prochaines \u00e9tapes du projet concerneront l&rsquo;am\u00e9nagement de carrefours<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">au d\u00e9but du projet via la r\u00e9alisation d&rsquo;un \u00e9changeur au niveau de la <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">sortie Ouest de la capitale, dont le taux d&rsquo;avancement de l&rsquo;\u00e9tude est de<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">40%, et la programmation d&rsquo;un autre \u00e9changeur vers Ben Arous. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">La m\u00eame source pr\u00e9cise que les deux projets pr\u00e9cit\u00e9s seront inscrits<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">dans le budget de l&rsquo;exercice 2014.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">A noter que le ministre de l&rsquo;\u00e9quipement Mohamed Salmane a effectu\u00e9, <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">r\u00e9cemment, une visite de terrain pour s&rsquo;informer de l&rsquo;avancement des <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;
