adress\u00e9es par le personnel de<span style=\"font-family: georgia,palatino;\"> la Compagnie tunisienne de navigation (CTN) et leurs syndicats de base,<span style=\"font-family: georgia,palatino;\"> selon un&nbsp; communiqu\u00e9 dat\u00e9 de Naples.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">Cette r\u00e9action vient en r\u00e9ponse \u00e0 un autre communiqu\u00e9, publi\u00e9 le 23<span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">novembre, dans lequel le personnel de la CTN et les syndicats, relevant <span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">de l&rsquo;UGTT, ont exprim\u00e9 leur d\u00e9ception suite \u00e0 la d\u00e9cision de l&rsquo;Etat de<span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">permettre au transporteur maritime italien de programmer 3 voyages <span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">hebdomadaires sur les 2 lignes r\u00e9guli\u00e8res de transport des marchandises <span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">\u00ab\u00a0G\u00e8nes\u00a0\u00bb et \u00ab\u00a0Livourne\u00a0\u00bb sur lesquelles op\u00e8re la CTN depuis plus de 40 ans.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">Pour le personnel de la CTN et les syndicats, \u00ab\u00a0Grimaldi- Naples\u00a0\u00bb <span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">(filiale du groupe) adopte des pratiques \u00ab\u00a0anticoncurrentielles\u00a0\u00bb et ne <span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">respecte pas les traditions et les r\u00e8gles en vigueur en mati\u00e8re de<span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">transport maritime.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">De son c\u00f4t\u00e9, le groupe italien rappelle, dans son communiqu\u00e9, que <span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">l&rsquo;exploitation de ces lignes intervient apr\u00e8s l&rsquo;obtention des <span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">autorisations n\u00e9cessaires de la part du minist\u00e8re du transport et de<span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">l&rsquo;Office de la marine marchande et des ports (OPAT).<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">Il attire \u00e9galement l&rsquo;attention sur le fait que l&rsquo;acc\u00e8s du port de La <span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">Goulette est bloqu\u00e9 devant son roulier Eurocargo Bari, d\u00e9ploy\u00e9 sur la <span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">ligne Livourne- G\u00eanes-Palerme-Tunis depuis le 23 novembre, et ce pour<span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">\u00abdes probl\u00e8mes de congestion dans le port\u00bb.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">Il s&rsquo;agit \u00abd&rsquo;une agression\u00bb incompr\u00e9hensible pour un op\u00e9rateur \u00ab pr\u00e9sent <span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: georgia,palatino;\">en Tunisie depuis 50 ans \u00bb, lit-on dans le communiqu\u00e9.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;
