background-color: #ff9900; color: #ffffff;\">U<\/span>ne source des services juridiques, du contentieux et des affaires <span style=\"font-family: georgia,palatino;\">fonci\u00e8res du centre du gouvernorat de Tozeur a indiqu\u00e9 que l&rsquo;Agence <span style=\"font-family: georgia,palatino;\">fonci\u00e8re industrielle (AFI) a r\u00e9serv\u00e9 125 ha en tant que capital foncier <span style=\"font-family: georgia,palatino;\">industriel pour la r\u00e9gion, dans les diff\u00e9rentes d\u00e9l\u00e9gations en vue de <span style=\"font-family: georgia,palatino;\">les am\u00e9nager en zones industrielles.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><em><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: georgia,palatino;\">Dans ce sens, l&rsquo;AFI doit am\u00e9nager l&rsquo;ancienne zone <span style=\"font-family: georgia,palatino;\">industrielle, dans la d\u00e9l\u00e9gation de Hezoua, et cr\u00e9er cinq nouvelles, au <span style=\"font-family: georgia,palatino;\">rythme d&rsquo;une zone par d\u00e9l\u00e9gation, avec des investissements globaux <span style=\"font-family: georgia,palatino;\">estim\u00e9s \u00e0 13 millions de dinars.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: georgia,palatino;\">La m\u00eame source a indiqu\u00e9 <span style=\"font-family: georgia,palatino;\">que la plupart de ces terres sont domaniales \u00e0 caract\u00e8re agricole, ce <span style=\"font-family: georgia,palatino;\">qui n\u00e9cessite le changement de leur situation.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: georgia,palatino;\">Il a ajout\u00e9 que cette op\u00e9ration ainsi que celle de la cession de ces <span style=\"font-family: georgia,palatino;\">terres est \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9tude aupr\u00e8s du minist\u00e8re de l&rsquo;Agriculture et celui du <span style=\"font-family: georgia,palatino;\">Domaine de l&rsquo;Etat et des Affaires fonci\u00e8res, faisant remarquer que la <span style=\"font-family: georgia,palatino;\">longueur des proc\u00e9dures relatives \u00e0 cette question conduit, la plupart <span style=\"font-family: georgia,palatino;\">du temps, au d\u00e9sint\u00e9r\u00eat de nombreuses intentions d&rsquo;investissement. <br \/><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: georgia,palatino;\">La source locale a ajout\u00e9 que le conseil r\u00e9gional du gouvernorat de <span style=\"font-family: georgia,palatino;\">Tozeur oeuvre pour obtenir des r\u00e9serves fonci\u00e8res pour les exploiter <span style=\"font-family: georgia,palatino;\">dans la cr\u00e9ation de zones industrielles d\u00e9pendant du conseil r\u00e9gional <span style=\"font-family: georgia,palatino;\">dont son intention de cr\u00e9er une zone de services dans la d\u00e9l\u00e9gation de <span style=\"font-family: georgia,palatino;\">Hezoua.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: georgia,palatino;\">Le programme de d\u00e9veloppement int\u00e9gr\u00e9 est bas\u00e9 sur l&rsquo;am\u00e9nagement de <span style=\"font-family: georgia,palatino;\">quatre espaces industriels \u00e9quip\u00e9s dans la d\u00e9l\u00e9gation de&nbsp;
