projets sur 626 y compris ceux programm\u00e9s au titre de<\/span><span style=\"font-family: georgia,palatino;\">l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e 2012 dans le gouvernorat de Nabeul sont en difficult\u00e9<\/span><span style=\"font-family: georgia,palatino;\">d&rsquo;ex\u00e9cution, a annonc\u00e9, lundi, la commission de suivi de l&rsquo;ex\u00e9cution des <\/span><span style=\"font-family: georgia,palatino;\">projets publics dans la r\u00e9gion \u00e0 l&rsquo;issue de sa premi\u00e8re r\u00e9union tenue au<\/span><span style=\"font-family: georgia,palatino;\">si\u00e8ge du gouvernorat et consacr\u00e9e au suivi de l&rsquo;ex\u00e9cution des projets <\/span><span style=\"font-family: georgia,palatino;\">d&rsquo;\u00e9quipement, d&rsquo;assainissement et d&rsquo;\u00e9lectrification de la r\u00e9gion de Nabeul.<\/span><\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: georgia,palatino;\">Le directeur du d\u00e9veloppement r\u00e9gional au gouvernorat de Nabeul,<\/span><span style=\"font-family: georgia,palatino;\">M.Chokri Msalmani, a affirm\u00e9 que 60 projets sur les 172 projets<\/span><span style=\"font-family: georgia,palatino;\">programm\u00e9s au titre de l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e 2012, soit 35% des projets pr\u00e9vus, sont <\/span><span style=\"font-family: georgia,palatino;\">en phase d&rsquo;ex\u00e9cution, moyennant un co\u00fbt global exc\u00e9dant 21 MDT.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: georgia,palatino;\">M.Msalmani a pr\u00e9cis\u00e9 que les 112 projets restants programm\u00e9s au titre de <\/span><span style=\"font-family: georgia,palatino;\">l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e 2012, dont le co\u00fbt s&rsquo;\u00e9l\u00e8ve \u00e0 41 MDT, ne souffrent pas de<\/span><span style=\"font-family: georgia,palatino;\">difficult\u00e9s d&rsquo;ex\u00e9cution, pr\u00e9cisant que 102 projets sont en phase <\/span><span style=\"font-family: georgia,palatino;\">d&rsquo;\u00e9tude, 4 en phase d&rsquo;appel d&rsquo;offres et de consultation, 4 en phase de<\/span><span style=\"font-family: georgia,palatino;\">qu\u00eate d&rsquo;un terrain viable et 2 autres en attente d&rsquo;ouverture de cr\u00e9dits <\/span><span style=\"font-family: georgia,palatino;\">n\u00e9cessaires.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: georgia,palatino;\">Pour ce qui est des projets en difficult\u00e9, le responsable r\u00e9gional a<\/span><span style=\"font-family: georgia,palatino;\">affirm\u00e9 que leur nombre a baiss\u00e9 de 34 en 2011 \u00e0 24 projets en 2012,<\/span><span style=\"font-family: georgia,palatino;\">indiquant que plusieurs projets ont \u00e9t\u00e9 programm\u00e9s il y a trois ans.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: georgia,palatino;\">Evoquant les difficult\u00e9s li\u00e9es \u00e0 l&rsquo;ex\u00e9cution de ces projets, M.Msalmani <\/span><span style=\"font-family: georgia,palatino;\">a indiqu\u00e9 qu&rsquo;il s&rsquo;agit bien de difficult\u00e9s d&rsquo;ordre foncier pour trois<\/span><span style=\"font-family: georgia,palatino;\">grands projets relatifs au secteur de l&rsquo;\u00e9quipement, dont le co\u00fbt global <\/span><span style=\"font-family: georgia,palatino;\">s&rsquo;\u00e9l\u00e8ve \u00e0 88 MDT, citant, l&rsquo;\u00e9largissement de la route r\u00e9gionale 27<\/span><span style=\"font-family: georgia,palatino;\">reliant Turki \u00e0 Nabeul ainsi que celle de la route r\u00e9gionale reliant <\/span><span style=\"font-family: georgia,palatino;\">soliman \u00e0 menzel bouzelfa.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: georgia,palatino;\">Une commission d&rsquo;enqu\u00eate et de conciliation, pr\u00e9sid\u00e9e par un juge<\/span><span style=\"font-family: georgia,palatino;\">exer\u00e7ant ses fonctions \u00e0 plein temps sera cr\u00e9\u00e9e au si\u00e8ge du gouvernorat<\/span><span style=\"font-family: georgia,palatino;\">afin d&rsquo;identifier les solutions appropri\u00e9es aux questions immobili\u00e8res <\/span><span style=\"font-family: georgia,palatino;\">en suspens.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: georgia,palatino;\">Des r\u00e9unions hebdomadaires de suivi seront organis\u00e9es afin d&rsquo;aplanir les<\/span><span style=\"font-family: georgia,palatino;\">difficult\u00e9s rencontr\u00e9es lors de l&rsquo;ex\u00e9cution de ces projets et afin d&rsquo;en<\/span><span style=\"font-family: georgia,palatino;\">assurer le
