distribution de l&rsquo;eau potable<\/span> <span style=\"font-family: georgia,palatino;\">dans les diff\u00e9rentes r\u00e9gions du pays, a relev\u00e9 plusieurs d\u00e9faillances.<\/span><\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: georgia,palatino;\">Publication du rapport sur les perturbations enregistr\u00e9es dans la<\/span><span style=\"font-family: georgia,palatino;\">distribution de l&rsquo;eau<\/span><span style=\"font-family: georgia,palatino;\">Selon un communiqu\u00e9 publi\u00e9, mardi, par le minist\u00e8re de l&rsquo;agriculture, la <\/span><span style=\"font-family: georgia,palatino;\">principale d\u00e9faillance est essentiellement li\u00e9e \u00e0 l&rsquo;absence d&rsquo;un plan<\/span><span style=\"font-family: georgia,palatino;\">d&rsquo;intervention efficient de la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 Nationale d&rsquo;Exploitation et de<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: georgia,palatino;\">distribution des Eaux (SONEDE) durant les p\u00e9riodes de crises, comme la <\/span><span style=\"font-family: georgia,palatino;\">coupure de l&rsquo;\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 qui co\u00efncide avec la canicule et l&rsquo;augmentation<\/span><span style=\"font-family: georgia,palatino;\">anormale de la consommation de l&rsquo;eau potable.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: georgia,palatino;\">Le rapport \u00e9voque en outre l&rsquo;insuffisance de coordination entre la <\/span><span style=\"font-family: georgia,palatino;\">SONEDE et la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 tunisienne d&rsquo;\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 et de gaz (STEG), afin<\/span><span style=\"font-family: georgia,palatino;\">d&rsquo;\u00e9viter toute coupure d&rsquo;\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 sur les \u00e9tablissements vitaux.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: georgia,palatino;\">Autres d\u00e9faillances relev\u00e9es par le rapport, l&rsquo;absence de programme<\/span><span style=\"font-family: georgia,palatino;\">visant \u00e0 r\u00e9pondre aux besoins additionnels en eau potable pr\u00e9vus au<\/span><span style=\"font-family: georgia,palatino;\">cours de l&rsquo;\u00e9t\u00e9 2012.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: georgia,palatino;\">Il s&rsquo;agit, en outre, du retard enregistr\u00e9 au niveau de l&rsquo;ach\u00e8vement et <\/span><span style=\"font-family: georgia,palatino;\">de la r\u00e9alisation d&rsquo;un ensemble de projets d&rsquo;infrastructure visant \u00e0<\/span><span style=\"font-family: georgia,palatino;\">renforcer le syst\u00e8me de distribution d&rsquo;eau dans les r\u00e9gions du Cap Bon, <\/span><span style=\"font-family: georgia,palatino;\">du Sahel et de Sfax.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: georgia,palatino;\">Le m\u00eame communiqu\u00e9 indique que la version int\u00e9grale du rapport de la <\/span><span style=\"font-family: georgia,palatino;\">commission sera publi\u00e9e, mercredi, sur le site du minist\u00e8re de<\/span><span style=\"font-family: georgia,palatino;\">l&rsquo;agriculture, \u00e0 partir de
