style=\"font-family: georgia,palatino;\">membres du syndicat de base relevant de l&rsquo;Union des Travailleurs de <\/span><\/strong><\/em><span style=\"font-family: georgia,palatino;\"><em><strong>Tunisie (UTT) sont entr\u00e9s, jeudi, en gr\u00e8ve de trois jours en ra<\/strong><strong>ison du <\/strong><\/em><\/span><em><strong><span style=\"font-family: georgia,palatino;\">pi\u00e9tinement des n\u00e9gociations entre le syndicat et la direction de<\/span><span style=\"font-family: georgia,palatino;\">l&rsquo;entreprise.<\/span><\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: georgia,palatino;\">Le secr\u00e9taire g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de l&rsquo;UTT \u00e0 Zaghouan, Ahmed Akil a indiqu\u00e9 <\/span><span style=\"font-family: georgia,palatino;\">que la gr\u00e8ve a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9cid\u00e9e suite \u00e0 la non <\/span><span style=\"font-family: georgia,palatino;\">satisfaction des revendications de ces travailleurs, dont notamment, la <\/span><span style=\"font-family: georgia,palatino;\">r\u00e9gularisation de leur situation professionnelle, conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 <\/span><span style=\"font-family: georgia,palatino;\">l&rsquo;accord conclu le 31 mai 2012 en pr\u00e9sence des diff\u00e9rentes parties<\/span><span style=\"font-family: georgia,palatino;\">concern\u00e9es.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: georgia,palatino;\">Il a ajout\u00e9 que les agents en r\u00e9gime de sous-traitance entreront en<\/span> <span style=\"font-family: georgia,palatino;\">gr\u00e8ve ouverte \u00e0 partir du lundi 18 juin courant, si la direction de la <\/span><span style=\"font-family: georgia,palatino;\">cimenterie continue d&rsquo;ignorer leurs revendications.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: georgia,palatino;\">Pour sa part, le secr\u00e9taire g\u00e9n\u00e9ral du syndicat de base de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 de<\/span> <span style=\"font-family: georgia,palatino;\">services de Jebel El Ouest, Adel Drissi a indiqu\u00e9 que les agents<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: georgia,palatino;\">revendiquent, notamment, la r\u00e9gularisation de leur situation <\/span><span style=\"font-family: georgia,palatino;\">professionnelle \u00e0 travers l&rsquo;am\u00e9lioration de leurs conditions de travail<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: georgia,palatino;\">et l&rsquo;int\u00e9gration du reste des employ\u00e9s qui ont pass\u00e9 de longues ann\u00e9es <\/span><span style=\"font-family: georgia,palatino;\">au service de l&rsquo;entreprise.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: georgia,palatino;\">De son c\u00f4t\u00e9, le directeur central des ressources humaines \u00e0 la <\/span><span style=\"font-family: georgia,palatino;\">cimenterie de Jebel El Oust, Ali Fazzani a fait part de la disposition<\/span> <span style=\"font-family: georgia,palatino;\">de l&rsquo;entreprise \u00e0 satisfaire les revendications de ces agents, <\/span><span style=\"font-family: georgia,palatino;\">conform\u00e9ment aux nouvelles lois qui seront promulgu\u00e9es concernant<\/span> <span style=\"font-family: georgia,palatino;\">l&rsquo;int\u00e9gration des agents de sous-traitance dans le secteur priv\u00e9. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: georgia,palatino;\">Il a indiqu\u00e9 que la cimenterie de Jebel El Ouest emploie 152 agents de<\/span> <span style=\"font-family: georgia,palatino;\">sous-traitance et que les pertes dues \u00e0 cette gr\u00e8ve sont estim\u00e9es \u00e0 plus <\/span><span style=\"font-family: georgia,palatino;\">de trois millions de dinars.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>gr\u00e8ve des travailleurs
