{"id":25800,"date":"-0001-11-30T00:00:00","date_gmt":"-0001-11-29T23:19:16","guid":{"rendered":""},"modified":"-0001-11-30T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"-0001-11-29T23:00:00","slug":"Transport-Lancement-d-un-projet-de-jumelage-tuniso-europeen","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/plumeseconomiques.com\/fr\/magazine\/sous-le-zoom\/Transport-Lancement-d-un-projet-de-jumelage-tuniso-europeen\/","title":{"rendered":"Transport: Lancement d\u0092un projet de jumelage tuniso-europ\u00e9en"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-family: georgia,palatino;\">&nbsp;Le projet de jumelage entre la Tunisie, la France et <\/span><span style=\"font-family: georgia,palatino;\">l\u0092Allemagne, visant le renforcement des capacit\u00e9s institutionnelles&nbsp; et<\/span><span style=\"font-family: georgia,palatino;\">r\u00e9glementaires de l\u0092administration et des institutions tunisiennes dans<\/span><span style=\"font-family: georgia,palatino;\">le secteur du transport, a \u00e9t\u00e9 lanc\u00e9 lors d\u0092un s\u00e9minaire, organis\u00e9,<\/span><span style=\"font-family: georgia,palatino;\">mercredi \u00e0 Tunis, \u00e0 l\u0092initiative du minist\u00e8re du Transport. <br \/><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: georgia,palatino;\">Financ\u00e9 par l\u0092Union Europ\u00e9enne, ce projet, qui s\u0092\u00e9talera sur deux ans, <\/span><span style=\"font-family: georgia,palatino;\">mobilisera un budget de 10 millions d\u0092euros.&nbsp; Finalit\u00e9: soutenir les <\/span><span style=\"font-family: georgia,palatino;\">efforts de l\u0092administration et des institutions tunisiennes, via un<\/span> <span style=\"font-family: georgia,palatino;\">\u00e9change d\u0092exp\u00e9riences et d\u0092expertises.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: georgia,palatino;\">Le programme de jumelage est bas\u00e9 sur cinq principaux axes; \u00e0 savoir, le <\/span><span style=\"font-family: georgia,palatino;\">renforcement de la gouvernance du secteur du transport, la garantie d\u0092un <\/span><span style=\"font-family: georgia,palatino;\">suivi des aspects l\u00e9gislatifs, r\u00e9glementaires et organisationnels, outre<\/span> <span style=\"font-family: georgia,palatino;\">l\u0092am\u00e9lioration de la capacit\u00e9 de pilotage des projets de coop\u00e9ration et <\/span><span style=\"font-family: georgia,palatino;\">des \u00e9tudes techniques et \u00e9conomiques.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: georgia,palatino;\">Il s\u0092agit, en outre, d\u0092am\u00e9liorer le dispositif d\u0092information sur le<\/span> <span style=\"font-family: georgia,palatino;\">secteur et de d\u00e9velopper la composante logistique.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: georgia,palatino;\">Les 35 experts qui seront mobilis\u00e9s tout au long de cette p\u00e9riode (pr\u00e8s<\/span> <span style=\"font-family: georgia,palatino;\">de 600 jours d\u0092expertise), m\u00e8neront des actions diversifi\u00e9es, allant de <\/span><span style=\"font-family: georgia,palatino;\">l\u0092assistance technique, \u00e0 la formation, la r\u00e9alisation des \u00e9tudes et la<\/span> <span style=\"font-family: georgia,palatino;\">fourniture d\u0092\u00e9quipements ad\u00e9quats.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: georgia,palatino;\">Ouvrant les travaux de cette rencontre, M. Abdelkarim Harouni, ministre<\/span> <span style=\"font-family: georgia,palatino;\">du Transport, a indiqu\u00e9 que les priorit\u00e9s actuelles consistent \u00e0 d\u00e9finir <\/span><span style=\"font-family: georgia,palatino;\">les actions urgentes permettant d\u0092am\u00e9liorer le rendement du secteur, \u00e0<\/span> <span style=\"font-family: georgia,palatino;\">tracer les grands lignes des actions \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser \u00e0 moyen terme, et les <\/span><span style=\"font-family: georgia,palatino;\">r\u00e9formes \u00e0 introduire sur le long terme.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: georgia,palatino;\">Les actions urgentes toucheront aussi bien la structure du minist\u00e8re,<\/span> <span style=\"font-family: georgia,palatino;\">que les secteurs du transport a\u00e9rien, maritime et terrestre, a-t-il <\/span><span style=\"font-family: georgia,palatino;\">indiqu\u00e9, ajoutant qu\u0092il s\u0092agit, de prime abord, d\u0092introduire une<\/span> <span style=\"font-family: georgia,palatino;\">nouvelle r\u00e9organisation du secteur en optant pour la modernisation du <\/span><span style=\"font-family: georgia,palatino;\">cadre r\u00e9glementaire et organisationnel.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: georgia,palatino;\">Pour le transport a\u00e9rien, le ministre a plaid\u00e9 pour le renforcement du <\/span><span style=\"font-family: georgia,palatino;\">partenariat public-priv\u00e9, outre la consolidation de la comp\u00e9titivit\u00e9 de <\/span><span style=\"font-family: georgia,palatino;\">la compagnie a\u00e9rienne nationale (Tunisair), l\u0092am\u00e9lioration du rendement<\/span> <span style=\"font-family: georgia,palatino;\">du trafic a\u00e9rien et des a\u00e9roports tunisiens et l\u0092\u00e9laboration d\u0092une <\/span><span style=\"font-family: georgia,palatino;\">plate-forme ad\u00e9quate visant \u00e0 int\u00e9grer le fameux Open Sky (ciel ouvert).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: georgia,palatino;\">M.Harouni a par ailleurs insist\u00e9 sur l\u0092imp\u00e9ratif d\u0092exploiter au mieux<\/span> <span style=\"font-family: georgia,palatino;\">les diff\u00e9rents ports de la R\u00e9publique.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: georgia,palatino;\">Evoquant le secteur du transport terrestre, il a mis l\u0092accent sur la <\/span><span style=\"font-family: georgia,palatino;\">n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 de mettre en place un r\u00e9seau de transport multi-modal (bus, <\/span><span style=\"font-family: georgia,palatino;\">m\u00e9tro, RFR), permettant de desservir, convenablement, tout le territoire.
