personnes.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"first\"><span style=\"font-family: georgia,palatino; font-size: 10pt;\"><strong>Serait-il possible que nous aurions une telle action&#8230;?<br \/><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: georgia,palatino; font-size: 10pt;\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 11px 0px 0px; padding: 0px; font-family: Georgia,Times,serif; font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: georgia,palatino; font-size: 10pt;\">Le pr\u00e9sident a \u00e9galement donn\u00e9 l&rsquo;ordre de remettre en libert\u00e9 les personnes arr\u00eat\u00e9es pour avoir failli \u00e0 rembourser leurs dettes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: georgia,palatino; font-size: 10pt;\">Le chef de l&rsquo;Etat \u00ab\u00a0a ordonn\u00e9 de r\u00e9gler toute dette d&rsquo;un montant inf\u00e9rieur \u00e0 un million de dirhams (367.000 USD,551.968 DT ) <\/span>dont les citoyens n&rsquo;ont pas pu s&rsquo;acquitter.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 11px 0px 0px; padding: 0px; font-family: Georgia,Times,serif; font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: georgia,palatino; font-size: 10pt;\">L&rsquo;Etat payera une partie de ces dettes, et en contrepartie, ces Emiratis devront rembourser l&rsquo;Etat en lui versant le quart de leurs salaires et en s&rsquo;engageant \u00e0 ne plus s&rsquo;endetter.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 11px 0px 0px; padding: 0px; font-family: Georgia,Times,serif; font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: georgia,palatino; font-size: 10pt;\">Le nombre total de personnes concern\u00e9es s&rsquo;\u00e9l\u00e8ve \u00e0 6.830 et la valeur totale des dettes est de deux milliards de dirhams (545 M USD).<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 11px 0px 0px; padding: 0px; font-family: Georgia,Times,serif; font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: georgia,palatino; font-size: 10pt;\">Le pr\u00e9sident \u00e9mirati avait d\u00e9cid\u00e9 en novembre la cr\u00e9ation d&rsquo;un fonds de 10 milliards de dirhams (2,7 milliards de dollars) pour aider les citoyens \u00e0 faibles revenus \u00e0 rembourser leurs pr\u00eats bancaires impay\u00e9s, selon l&rsquo;agence.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: georgia,palatino;
